Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Please allow additional time during holidays, promotions, or product launches.
  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on all coffee orders. Merch and gear items are subject to shipping fees based on your specific location. 

⏱ Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or location.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


Local Delivery or Pickup (Optional Section)

If you offer local services, you can include one:

We offer local pickup in [Edina, Mo]. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification. Pickups are available during our regular business hours. regular business hours by  appointment only. 


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).
    We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
